INCLUSIONS
All per metre prices include;
GST, Insurance, Labour, Standard concrete footings
standard materials as required for a level fence
EXTRA COSTS
There may be an extra cost involved for the following reasons;
Small jobs under 10m attract a set-up fee
Difficult access
Solid rock foundations
Stepped or steep slope fences
Retaining walls if required
Fence heights other than what are shown
Materials other than ones listed on this site
Other reasons that may be identified prior to construction
EXCLUSIONS
Some unexpected costs may arise during the course of any building work. These are expenses that are not easy to identify, but will result in added cost, some examples are;
Accidental damage to underground services. It is the owners responsibility to identify underground services prior to the work proceeding. Accidental damage to items that have been fixed to the fence such as garden ornaments.
